IT Technician

We are partnered with a manufacturing company that is seeking out an IT Technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide Local IT support (level 1 & 2) for end-users
-Ensure operational availability, maintenance, and security of end-user IT equipment, peripherals, and local network infrastructure
-Guarantee prompt incident resolution and request fulfillment in accordance with Group SLSAs and standards

SPECIFIC ACTIVITES:
-Repair, log, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 & 2 Hardware, software and network incidents for local users. Manage with tickets in ITSM tool.
-Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations (desktops, laptops), mobile devices, and peripherals according to Group standards and enable tracking with labels
-Manage local IT assets and inventory
-Maintain and contribute to the IT knowledge user base

SKILLS:
-Familiarity in Google Environment
-End-User Support & Management
-Office suite
-JIRA Ticketing System is a plus
