IT Systems Engineer I

Work Experience –

1. 1. IT knowledge of computers, laptops, tablets, servers, mobile units, virtual machine environment.
   2. Knowledge of networks (i.e.: Network Switches, TCP/IP, Packet Capture Software).
   3. Knowledge of VMware and Microsoft Server environments.
   4. Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory.
   5. Experience Supporting O365 including Outlook and MS Teams.
   6. Experience investigating and resolving help desk service requests and use of help desk software.
   7. Experience in a manufacturing environment
   8. Understanding of VLAN concepts and configuration.
   9. Understand the concept of PowerShell commands
   10. Familiarity with Wireless technologies (Aruba, Aerohive and Cisco)
   11. Familiarity with traffic capture techniques and software.
   12. Understanding of DHCP, vLans, and SSH protocols.

1. Skills –

1. 1. Must be Windows Operating Systems literate. Desktop and server.
   2. Veeam backup experience is a plus
   3. Must have strong organizational skills to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
   4. Must have the ability to adapt to and work effectively and independently in a fast paced, multitasking environment.
   5. Must be able to evaluate and prioritize tasks for efficiency and completeness.
   6. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals throughout the company on departmental procedures, policies, and requests for information.
