The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who thrives on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement—capable of balancing day-to-day operations with long-term strategic initiatives.Â
Â
Responsibilities:Â

- Manage cloud applications and services, including Microsoft 365, Intune, AWS, Azure, and endpoint security solutions.Â
- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and projects, ensuring timely escalation, proactive stakeholder communication, and follow-through to completion.Â
- Identify operational gaps, anticipate risks, and independently drive improvements that prevent recurring issues.Â
- Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, utilization, and Quality of Service (QoS).Â
- Maintain compliance with corporate security standards and applicable regulatory requirements.Â
- Improve operational efficiency through scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and AI-assisted IT operations.Â
- Track SLA attainment, service availability, resolution times, and backlog health; use these measures to prioritize improvements and strengthen service reliability.Â
Â
Requirements:Â
- At least five years of System Administration experience, including three years in a managerial or leadership role (must).Â
- Proven expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and administration best practices (must).Â
- Extensive hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN solutions (must).Â
- Demonstrated experience managing hybrid-cloud infrastructure (must).Â
- Ability to automate IT operations using Bash, Python, or PowerShell (must).Â
- Familiarity with AI-assisted IT operations, API integrations, and workflow automation platforms (advantage).Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.Â
- Availability for on-call duty and urgent response outside regular working hours in case of critical outages (must).Â
Â
Personal Skills:Â
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with clear communication and accountability.Â
- Analytical and creative problem-solving, with the initiative to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.Â
- Ability to manage competing priorities and projects while maintaining ownership through completion.Â
- A structured, resilient approach under pressure and a commitment to continuous learning.Â
- Approachable, hands-on manager and a true team player, fostering collaboration, trust, and open communication.Â
