Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for a full-time, onsite contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background supporting enterprise IT environments, with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, networking, A/V systems, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite Tier 2/3 technical support for end users, hardware, software, and infrastructure.

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user access, authentication, MFA, and identity management.

• Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and connectivity.

• Support Microsoft Azure environments and cloud-based services.

• Troubleshoot VDI environments, including virtual desktop connectivity, performance, and access issues.

• Provide technical support for conference room A/V equipment, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of enterprise IT support experience.

• Extensive hands-on Microsoft Entra ID experience is required.

• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience supporting VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Experience troubleshooting conference room A/V systems.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
