The IT Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for all incoming IT support requests — phone calls, tickets, email, and walk-ups — across all five companies. You will answer the phone, log the issue, resolve what you can on first contact, and own the ticket through to closure or escalation. This is an in-office position in Cleburne, Texas.Â
This position spans Tier 1 and Tier 2 responsibilities. Day to day, expect a mix of password resets and account questions, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, mobile and printer support, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint deployment, and basic network and connectivity triage. You will report to the IT Manager and work closely with him on larger projects, security initiatives, and infrastructure work.
Success in this role looks like: calls get answered, tickets get resolved quickly and documented properly, and users across every site know who to call and trust that it will get handled.
