Description
Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, printers, VPN, email, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, applications, and IT peripherals.
Manage user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and basic Active Directory tasks.
Monitor and resolve IT tickets within defined SLA and maintain proper documentation.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure system security, updates, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
