The IT Support Administrator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Configure, test, deploy, track, and support devices (laptops, desktops, VoIP phones, and network equipment).
- Image laptops and desktops using PXE boot and USB.
- Configure computers and install third-party software (both manually and via Software Center).
- Perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, warranty repairs, and hardware repairs.
- Validate new images and report findings to the Tools Team for resolution.
- Perform network/LAN connectivity troubleshooting.
- Perform basic Active Directory administration tasks, including routine account and device administration.
- Perform data backup and restore processes.
- Handle shipping and receiving of assets and maintain asset inventory/tracking.
- Create and maintain technical procedures, configuration records, configuration/troubleshooting documentation, and ticket management.
- Support acquisition and PC refresh projects.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Associate degree or relevant certification, OR at least 2 years of related experience in a corporate IT support environment.
- Mandatory experience imaging PCs at scale through PXE boot and USB.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Intermediate-to-expert knowledge of Windows 11 OS.
- Required experience with ServiceNow, remote support tools, PC hardware/software troubleshooting, VoIP configuration, data backup, third-party software installation, and asset handling.
- Experience with basic Active Directory & SCCM administration, as well as installing software manually and via Software Center.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of AI tools and the ability to leverage AI for workflow improvements.
Pay Rate Range: $21.34 - $22.59 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
