Job Description:
Key Responsibilities-
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, with
6+ years of experience in Technical Support, Service Desk, End User Computing, Digital Workplace or IT
Operations within a global enterprise environment.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Support Engineer, Escalation SME or Technical Specialist,
with a strong track record of resolving complex technical issues and driving outcomes across multiple
resolver groups.
• Deep hands-on expertise supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, Exchange Online,
SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Windows 10/11, endpoint management and enterprise application
support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, identity
lifecycle management, VPN, remote access and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms, including Incident, Request, Change,
Problem and Knowledge Management processes, combined with strong diagnostic, log analysis and root
cause investigation capabilities.
