Job Description – Consultant Cloud Operations

Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for aConsultant - Cloud Operations with experience in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure acrossGCP, Azure, and AWS. The candidate should have strong knowledge of cloud operations, Linux administration, automation, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor cloud environments and ensure performance, availability, and security.
• Understand project requirements and provide effort estimations.
• Manage cloud resources following security best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Optimize cloud usage and costs across platforms.
• Document infrastructure standards and operational processes.
• Support automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience inGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Good knowledge ofAzure and basic exposure toAWS.
• Experience with:
  • Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Run
  • VPC, Load Balancing, IAM, Vertex AI
• Linux Administration (Red Hat & Ubuntu) - Mandatory.
• Infrastructure Automation usingTerraform (preferred), Ansible, and ARM Templates.
• Working knowledge ofAzure DevOps andGitHub.
• Basic PowerShell/Shell scripting knowledge.
• Database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, and WAF.

Preferred Certification

• Google Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE)
