- Participate in an on-call rotation and help desk phone days.

What Your Duties Will Look Like:Ā
- Be a knowledgeable resource for staff and physicians to address software and hardware issues with a sense of purpose and urgency.Ā
- Act as an IT shared services resource to maximize IT staff utilization and to create enterprise / departmental efficiencies.Ā
- Work within the One GI Information Technology ticketing system to address user service requests and incidents at all locations, functioning as part of a highly motivated and collaborative team.Ā
- Perform installation and conduct troubleshooting procedures with hardware, software, network, and other peripheral equipment.Ā
- Work with remote IT vendors to identify and resolve problems when required.Ā
- Hold administrative rights to multiple systems, adhering to corporate security policies. Initiate and terminate user access at manager request. Act as liaison to request or terminate access to third-party systems such as hospital EMRās.Ā
- Participate in setup and implementation of new systems, upgrades, or modifications including evaluation and testing. Act as a resource for others in determining system configurations or modifications to meet internal needs or external requirements.Ā
- Assist with training materials, procedures, and user training as required.Ā
- Submit hardware and software documented resolutions for the IT knowledge base.Ā
- Participate in an on-call rotation and help desk phone days.Ā

The Must Haves:Ā
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.Ā
- College degree in IT or a related field, 2+ years of IT experience can substitute for a degree.Ā
- IT certifications preferred (A+, Azure, Microsoft, Network+, Security+)Ā
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware required.Ā
- Basic networking knowledge (TCIP protocols and addressing, network topology, wireless networks).Ā
- Must have working knowledge of O365, Windows 10/11, Azure, IOS, Android OS, and be proficient in Microsoft Teams.Ā
- Obtain Azure certification(s) within 12 months of employment with One GI.Ā
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation.Ā
- Exhibit a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal / relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees effectively.Ā
