IT Sourcing Analyst

About The Job:

• The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across assigned categories.
• This role partners with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify qualified suppliers, conduct competitive sourcing events, negotiate commercial terms, and deliver measurable value while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
• The successful candidate will manage multiple sourcing initiatives, maintain supplier relationships, support contract execution, and contribute to cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including demand assessment, market research, supplier identification, RFP/RFQ management, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, and award.
• Partner with business, finance, legal, information security, and other stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, evaluation criteria, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop category and supplier insights through spend analysis, market intelligence, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favorable terms, service-level commitments, and sustainable business value.
• Coordinate contract review and execution, ensuring alignment with approved commercial positions, procurement policies, and organizational risk requirements.
• Build and maintain effective supplier relationships, support performance reviews, and drive corrective actions or improvement plans where required.
• Track savings, cost avoidance, sourcing cycle time, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs; prepare reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify supply, commercial, operational, and contractual risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, approvals, contracts, supplier records, and audit-ready procurement files.
• Support procurement transformation, process standardization, digital tool adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Supplier Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing competitive sourcing events and negotiating pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, supplier due diligence, and sourcing governance.
• Strong analytical capabilities including spend analysis, cost modeling, proposal evaluation, benchmarking, and development of business recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Icertis, SAP Ariba, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with e-Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and ERP platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, commercial judgment, and accountability for results.
