About the Division

The IT Solutions & Security Division of Global Access Incorporated provides enterprise technology, cybersecurity, information security, risk, compliance, IT audit, AI, and digital transformation services to organizations across Japan.

We are building a network of entry-level and early-career professionals who can support our senior consultants on client engagements. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise clients, learn from experienced practitioners, and build a career in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk, AI, or digital transformation.

About the Partnership

This is not an employment opportunity. It is a B2B partnership for early-career professionals who want to:

• Gain hands-on experience with enterprise clients
• Work alongside experienced security and technology consultants
• Build a portfolio of real-world project work

You will be engaged on a project-by-project basis, supporting senior consultants with:

• Research and analysis
• Documentation and reporting
• Data collection and review
• Client workshop support
• Assessment and audit support
• AI and technology research

Global Access handles client onboarding, contracting, and invoicing. You focus on learning and delivering quality work.

What We Look For

Academic Background

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years of experience)
• Degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, IT, AI, data science, business, or a related field
• Strong academic record

Interest & Aptitude

• Genuine interest in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk, AI, or digital transformation
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under supervision
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Language

• English proficiency is required
• Japanese language skills (business or native) are a significant advantage

Availability

• Flexible, project-based availability
• Part-time or full-time engagement depending on the project
• Ability to work remotely or, where required, on-site in Tokyo

Engagement Model

Working Hours & Days

• Flexible, project-based schedule
• Hours depend on the specific client engagement
• Part-time or full-time engagement available
• Remote work supported where possible
• Some engagements may require on-site work in Tokyo

Project Duration

• Typically 2–12 weeks, depending on project scope
• Some engagements may be shorter or longer

Language

• English proficiency required
• Japanese proficiency is a significant advantage

Commercial Terms

• Compensation agreed on a project-by-project basis
• Structures: hourly rates, daily rates, or fixed project fees
• Global Access handles client invoicing; partners invoice Global Access as subcontractors
