Security Analyst – IAM / CyberArk

Job Overview

The Security Analyst will supportIdentity and Access Management (IAM) operations and work closely with IT teams, business units, project managers, and service providers. This role will focus on resolving IAM-related issues, supporting CyberArk operations, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring security processes and documentation remain accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely withIT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, business unit professionals, project managers, and Service Providers to support IAM processes and operations.
• Support and help drive the resolution ofIAM-related issues, including issues involvingCyberArk.
• Resolve IAM issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Report on Service Provider operations as directed by theIAM Manager and/or CyberArk Product Owner.
• Work with NiSource project managers and Service Provider personnel to track and monitor projects.
• Help ensure projects meet business requirements and agreed-upon service levels, includingbudget, schedule, and quality.
• Facilitate audits of processes related toIAM Security Services.
• Ensure security services supporting procedures and documentation are available and kept up to date.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Service Providers'security operations, service delivery capabilities, and processes.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze processes, and determine root causes.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience supporting CyberArk PVWA/EPV.
• Knowledge and experience with:
  • Active Directory
  • Entra ID
  • PowerShell
  • RHEL
• Experience with these technologies is a plus:
  • CyberArk PSM
  • CCP
  • APV-AIM
  • CCM
• Excellent analytical abilities, including:
  • Process analysis and development
  • Problem solving
  • Root cause analysis

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role
• Tuesday through Thursday in the office
