What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generatenew business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage thefull sales cycle: discovery → proposal → closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Follow proven sales processes while bringing your own energy and ideas.
- Consistentlymeet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven success inB2B sales (IT sales or technology solutions a plus).
- Self-motivated, competitive, anddriven to close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in abase + commission structure withno cap on earnings.
- Organized and disciplined with pipeline management.
- $40,000 base salary + commission on every deal.
- Uncapped earning potential — top performers make far more than OTE.
