IT Sales Manager - BFSI Sector

Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving digital transformation in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector?UST is looking for aBusiness Development Manager to accelerate growth across Singapore's BFSI market.

What You'll Do

·Drive new business growth and expand strategic BFSI accounts

·Build and manage a strong pipeline across Banking, Insurance, Payments & Wealth Management

·Lead sales pursuits for Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services

·Develop executive-level client relationships and strategic account plans

·Manage proposals, negotiations, and deal closures end-to-end

What We're Looking For

·7-10 years of BFSI technology/services sales experience

·Proven success in closing transformation and managed services deals

·Strong understanding of Banking, Insurance, Payments & Fintech ecosystems

·Expertise in Digital, Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Solutions

·Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills

Preferred:

Strong network within Singapore's banking, insurance, fintech, and financial services community.
