Role Description

What This Role Owns

• Client Interface (non-negotiable)
  • Act as theprimary SPOC for client stakeholders
  • Manage expectations across demand, timelines, and quality
  • Run governance cadence (weekly / monthly reviews)
  • Build long-term trust to drive repeat business
• Demand to Delivery Ownership
  • Convert client requirements intoactionable hiring / delivery plans
  • Drive the end-to-end pipeline:submissions → interviews → closures
  • Ensure speed, quality, and fit of talent delivered
  • Escalate risks early and drive quick resolution
• Delivery & Quality Control
  • Ensure SLA adherence (TAT, quality, compliance)
  • Own issue resolutionend-to-end
  • Prevent delivery surprises through proactive communication
• Anchor: Strong relationship management, expectation control, and issue resolution
• Stakeholder Alignment
  • Align client, recruiters, and internal leadership
  • Remove friction across the hiring lifecycle
  • Drive clarity on priorities and expected outcomes
• Reporting & Insights
  • Own dashboards: demand, pipeline, closures, and aging
  • Use data todrive decisions, not just reporting
• Account Growth
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the account
  • Partner with sales teams for growth and renewals
  • Convert delivery credibility into revenue growth
