IT Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedIT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet the organization’s growing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.

· Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (developers, engineers, architects, etc.).

· Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

· Utilize ATS and recruitment tools for tracking and reporting.

· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.

· Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

· Experience hiring for niche technologies.

· Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
