Infosys // Cisco is seeking a highly experiencedIT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional project delivery, manage Agile ceremonies, and drive execution across complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience managing enterprise-level programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution usingAgile/Scrum methodologies
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Coordinate with business, engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and project governance standards
• Communicate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Support team productivity and remove impediments
• Manage documentation, reporting, and project dashboards

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of IT Project Management / Scrum Master experience
• Strong expertise inAgile, Scrum, and SDLC practices
• Experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
• Experience in aglobal delivery model
• Prior Cisco experience preferred (not mandatory)
