Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in medium to large organizations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-team dependencies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Demonstrated experience managing technology projects using predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk, issue, and change management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project/Planner and Jira.
- PMP preferred but not required.
- Degree preferred but not required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances
- Lead IT/Digital projects from planning through closure.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, forecasts, RAID items, and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities and dependencies across business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that may span applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, vendor solutions, and other technology initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive accountability for project commitments and escalate issues when appropriate.
