We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end project delivery, particularly for client field service management solutions. The candidate will lead project planning, implementation, enhancements, and integrations while coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and field operations.

• Manage the complete IT project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and closure.

• Lead implementations, enhancements, and integrations of client field service management solutions.

• Coordinate large-scale enterprise transformation and system integration programs.

• Support field operations, field service, and workforce management business processes.

• Understand field service platform capabilities and their integration with enterprise systems.

• Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to define requirements and project deliverables.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery.

• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project activities and deliverables.

• Provide regular project status updates and communicate progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.

• Ensure projects meet business objectives, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

1. Experience as an IT Project Manager with strong client management skills.

2. Strong experience in IT project management and end-to-end project delivery.

3. Experience with client field service management solutions or similar platforms.

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or system integration programs.

• Hands-on project management experience with client implementations, enhancements, and integration projects.
