Job Title: IT Project Manager – EPIC Tapestry
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedIT Project Manager with strongEPIC Tapestry implementation experience to lead healthcare IT projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering successful EPIC implementations within scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and overseeEPIC Tapestry implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Support change management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum4+ years of direct IT Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience managingEPIC implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience withEPIC Tapestry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Healthcare IT environments.
  • PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare systems.
