WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 4 years managing complex projects of diverse size in a cross-functional, multicultural, and global environment using formal project management processes.
- 2 years prior experience directly managing in a Scrum Master or combination of Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner roles is highly desired.
- Experience implementing Agile into an organization using customer-facing cloud-based technologies.
- Key areas of experience required are technology and online business services delivery projects and experience in working with multiple vendors and end clients over multiple time zones.
- Experience managing projects and working with project management methodologies. (e.g., waterfall, agile, iterative) and knowing when one method is more applicable than another.
- Experience with web, CRM, and digital transformation projects preferred.
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and non-profit associations is a plus.
