Texas Cyber Command (TXCC) has issued a request for an IT Project Manager (Job ID 37100087) with experience managing technical projects related to infrastructure modernization or cybersecurity or software deployments.
Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:
- Experience with a Texas State Agency or Texas municipal government agency, or Texas City government
- PMP Certification
- CSM Certification

| 8 | Required | Experience managing technical or software implementation projects, including independently planning, coordinating, and delivering complex technology initiatives involving cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, or executives. |
| 5 | Required | Experience managing enterprise software deployments or technology implementations, including cloud solutions, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity implementations, system integrations, or other technology transformation initiatives. |
| 5 | Required | Experience developing and managing project charters, implementation plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and deployment readiness activities. |
| 5 | Required | Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and working with vendors or implementation partners to manage deliverables, dependencies, implementation activities, and issue resolution. |
| 3 | Required | Experience preparing executive-level project reporting, including project status reports, dashboards, milestone summaries, risk assessments, and decision-support materials. |
| 3 | Required | Experience applying knowledge of software development lifecycles, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity technologies, or enterprise IT environments to coordinate technical project workstreams. |
