Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program / Project Manager with exceptional
English communication skills, a solid IT technical background, and strong expertise in Smartsheet or
similar project management tools. This role will lead the delivery of complex, technology-driven
programs, ensuring alignment between business and IT, while driving clarity, execution, and successful
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program and project management activities ensuring delivery on time, within scope,
and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations using
Smartsheet or similar tools.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, translating technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders including executives, business leaders, and IT teams.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track progress and provide status updates through dashboards and reports.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure governance and best practices are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of program/project management experience.
- Strong IT technical background (systems, integrations, enterprise platforms).
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience with enterprise IT projects such as cloud or M365.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience building dashboards and automation workflows.
