Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project goals, success criteria, and key deliverables.
- Lead project meetings, status reviews, and governance sessions while ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and business teams.
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational best practices.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams, business partners, vendors, and third-party implementation teams.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and project repositories throughout the engagement.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and ensure compliance with GxP requirements during project execution.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management best practices.
- Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects.
- Experience leading projects involving GxP-regulated systems and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality project delivery.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizations.
- Experience managing software procurement and vendor relationships.
