IT Program Manager - Senior | TS/SCI w/ Poly

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.

Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time). On-call coordination possible; local and CONUS TDY travel possible.

Keep a portal-and-network delivery team aligned. You'll define and track requirements, balance performance/cost/security tradeoffs with stakeholders, and make sure documentation and delivery keep pace for a federal national-security mission.

What you'll do

• Define, analyze, track and review technical requirements with engineers and stakeholders
• Balance requirements, performance, cost and security when designing solutions
• Track work requirements and action items to meet program deadlines
• Interface with stakeholders so user stories are recorded and prioritized
• Drive documentation of network configurations, processes and procedures
• Coordinate across organizational boundaries with sponsor staff and other contractor teams
• Support collecting, compiling and publishing plans, reports, policies and status
• Help the team meet performance SLAs (uptime, concurrent users, recovery) and keep resolution plans current
• Participate in on-call coordination when portal or network incidents escalate

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• IT program or project management on technical delivery teams
• Requirements definition, analysis, tracking and review
• Stakeholder communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Documenting configurations, processes and procedures
• Balancing requirements, performance, cost and security in solution design
• Strong organization and attention to detail

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM or similar
• Network engineering or cybersecurity background
• Experience with public portals, CDNs or dark-web / onion-service environments
• JIRA or similar tracking systems
• Teaching complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
