IT Program Manager III

Introduction

The position requires an experienced professional who can effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables across multiple Agile teams and time zones. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Agile Solution processes and be able to implement and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jira
• Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools, including report development
• Experience with Enterprise program and project tools (e.g., PPRT)
• Leadership presence
• Excellent presentation skills
• Advanced level skills in Excel and PPT
• Ability to work independently
• Shows initiative
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Agile Release Trains
• Familiarity with stakeholder management and governance forums
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
• Ensure compliance to standards and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the project, program, and associated deliverables
• Provide guidance on creating and managing an intake process, healthy backlog, and facilitating valuable Agile ceremonies
• Help teams optimize the implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices
• Identify and resolve organizational impediments impacting team maturity and performance
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders
• Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable Agility
• Contribute to artifacts needed for governance forums and create regular updates to keep stakeholders informed
• Support resource planning
