IT Program Manager (Hybrid)

We're hiring an IT Program Manager to join our team inColumbia, SC. This role offers ahybridschedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Work Authorization:U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 years of IT experience in a project/program management capacity
• Experience with:
  • Leading external or internal IT audits either as the facilitator of the audit or responding to an audit
  • Coordinating multiple concurrent audits
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and operational controls
• Proficiency in project and program management methodologies
• Knowledge of IT audit management and regulatory compliance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools)
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks such as NIST and COBIT

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate auditor artifact requests and facilitate meetings between auditors and technology teams
• Track audit deliverables, manage timelines, and resolve stakeholder conflicts
• Monitor remediation efforts and escalate risks when necessary
• Partner across infrastructure, security, application development, operations, and business teams

The hourly rate for this position is $63.65.
