IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. The successful candidate will ensure execution and delivery meet expectations in terms of target outcomes, timeline, and cost. This role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate the target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance to standards
• Provide visibility into the health of the program
• Manage financials for the program and assist with resource planning
• Facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders, as well as Risk and Compliance partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Project Management
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong background in Financial Management and Reporting
• Excellent C-Suite level presentation skills

Pay range: $49.86 - $57.86 per hour
