We have anurgent requirement with Clientfor an experiencedIT/OT Project Manager to lead critical Transmission & Distribution SCADA initiatives supporting Bulk Electric System (BES) Cyber Assets. The selected consultant will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery while ensuring compliance with NERC CIP standards and utility operational requirements.

• Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote + travel to client location as required)
• Client Location: 80 Park Place, Newark, NJ
• Bill Rate:$90-$100/hr. (Depending on experience)

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

✔10+ years of experience managing OT/SCADA projects within an electric utility environment.

✔ Strong experience leadingTransmission & Distribution SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS, OT Infrastructure, Network Modernization, or Grid Modernization initiatives.

✔ Proven experience delivering projects involvingNERC CIP compliance and preferably supporting projects through an active audit cycle.

✔ Strong knowledge of IT/OT integration, cybersecurity, system operations, utility infrastructure deployments, and Stage Gate project governance.

✔ PMP certification strongly preferred; CISSP, CISM, or GCIP certifications are a plus.
