Pay:$73.00 - $83.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: M to F 8.30am to 4.30pm EST (flexible, it can be reviewed during the interview)
Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to support technology initiatives by driving stakeholder adoption, user readiness, and successful business outcomes. This individual will work independently across multiple projects, partnering closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure people are prepared for and engaged in organizational and technology changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholder, process, and organizational impacts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling communications that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption.
- Partner with project teams and business leaders to proactively manage change risks and resistance.
- Monitor readiness and adoption metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritize work based on project timelines, risk, and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting IT projects and technology implementations (5 to 10 years) - MUST HAVE
- Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management principles and methodologies; experience with Prosci is required, and Prosci certification is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams
MUST HAVE:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies for technology-driven change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
