A Note on Expectations

We've listed quite a few skills, tools, and responsibilities above, and we know it's unlikely that one person will tick every box. That's okay. We're looking for the right addition to our team, not a perfect résumé.

We're a small, ambitious team where every individual's drive, curiosity, and ownership make a difference. You'll own your function, shape how it evolves, and have a real opportunity to influence how the entire company operates.

IT is a business-critical function at Doconomy. Our systems, tools, security practices, and ways of working form the foundation for how effectively everyone can do their jobs. We need someone who understands that responsibility and sees technology as a way to enable people, not just something to maintain and control.

We're looking for an enabler.Someone whose instinct is to explore what's possible rather than explain why something can't be done. Someone who can balance security with usability, introduce smarter ways of working with AI and automation, educate colleagues, and turn ideas into practical improvements.

You don't need to know everything from day one. But you do need the curiosity to learn, the confidence to take initiative, and the ambition to build something better. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
