About theRole:

ServiceDelivery Team Lead responsible for L3 Level activities and Projectimplementation, Standardization, Escalation Management, SLA Adherence.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Installation, Configuration and trouble shooting of issues as part of Service operations.
• Administration, Addressing performance related issues.
• SOP creation & Runbook.
• Handling L2 & L3 Tickets.
• Administration, Configuration, Troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Optimalqualification for success on the job is:

• Intermediate Level- Microsoft, RHEL, IBM-AIX, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, EMC Networker, CISCO, Juniper, HPE, Oracle, VMware, F5, Radware, ITIL.
• Graduation with Computer & Electronics background.
• Bachelor in Computer science or B.E.
