At Enhanced, we believe optimal health shouldn't be complicated, expensive, or reserved for the few who can afford a team of specialists. Our mission is to give everyone the opportunity to live Enhanced. We believe everyone should have access to the tools, insights, and support they need to look better, feel better and be the best version of themselves.
We're building a company that sits on science-backed supplements which cut through industry noise and deliver real, measurable results. No gimmicks or fads, just what actually works, made accessible to everyone.
We're a team of doctors, athletes and passionate operators driven by curiosity and a genuine obsession with human performance. If you're excited about building products that help people become the best version of themselves, we'd love to have you on the team.
About You
You’re a hands-on operator who thrives in lean, fast-moving environments. As Enhanced scales as a public company, security, IT and administration need to move to a systematic, documented function, and you know how to make that happen. You’ve run IT operations in a growing business - ideally one that has been through an audit or is working toward a compliance framework - and understand how to balance keeping the day-to-day running with building the systems that make it scalable.
You’re excited by being the person who makes audits faster, keeps budgets and assets under control, and enables teams to deliver on their work through structured and streamlined processes. You’re technically fluent, process-driven, AI-curious, and energized by building an IT function from the ground up. This is an operator seat first - the priority is owning and systematizing current operations - and as the function matures, we expect to build a team around it, including senior leadership and further operational hires.
This role is based in the UK. Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship required).
What You’ll Do
- Be the operational owner of identity, devices, IT support and the SaaS estate, supporting across security, IT and administration.
- Own onboarding, offboarding and provisioning end-to-end, developing and executing against a documented checklist, and system of record.
- Own MDM, SSO and identity rollout, remediation and implementation, across Apple and Windows devices at an Enterprise level.
- Build and manage the full technology estate register, across SaaS and devices, managing renewals, remediations and tracking of spend against a budget.,
- Absorb ticketing and triage for IT requests, routing every request through the system with clear response standards
- Execute audit evidence collection across core, sensitive systems as part of the full ITGC cycle, including UARs and evidence across NetSuite, Shopify, Stripe and Ramp, accepted by auditors with minimal rework.
- Stand up internal security training, from the onboarding security module to a quarterly security awareness cadence, until it is institutional.
- Collaborate with engineering support to automate and systematize IT operations to scale over time, managing the execution of these systems, and growing in responsibilities as these systems continue to develop.
You Bring
- Scripting & API Literacy: Comfortable automating workflows and connecting systems through scripts and APIs, so provisioning, reporting and estate management run with as little manual effort as possible.
- AI Tool Literacy: Familiarity with operating LLMs (such as Claude) to accelerate delivery, while maintaining high quality outputs, and coding harnesses to assist in internal development and automation of IT processes.
- MDM & Identity Platform Depth: Proven experience rolling out and managing MDM, SSO and identity platforms.
- IT Support & SaaS Estate Management: Experience running ticketing and triage against clear response standards, and keeping a SaaS and device estate under control - inventory, owners, renewals, cost and overlap.
- Audit & Compliance Exposure: Experience supporting ITGC cycles, user access reviews and audit evidence collection, with working knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, GDPR and CCPA.
- Process Documentation & Systematization: A bias toward documented checklists, registers and systems of record, turning tribal knowledge into repeatable process the business can run on and audit against.
- Startup Mindset & Autonomous Ownership: Experience operating in lean, fast-scaling environments, with the agility, ownership, and execution focus needed to run the function independently without relying on mature corporate infrastructure.
Must Have Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience running IT operations in lean, growth stage environments
- This role is based in the UK. Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship required).
