- Support laboratory systems, including LIMS, CDS, and laboratory instrument connectivity.
- Support manufacturing systems and infrastructure, including SCADA, HMI, and historian platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, technical SMEs, and service providers to resolve complex technical issues and restore services promptly.
- Work effectively within a shared-services model by gathering local evidence, escalating issues to the appropriate resolver teams, and tracking incidents through resolution.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident records, RCA reports, connectivity requirements, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) records.
- Prioritize multiple incidents and project activities based on business impact, operational risk, and urgency.
- Communicate technical issues, service impacts, risks, and resolution plans clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders.
