Provide dedicated IT project management support for the Project workstreams, ensuring effective planning, coordination and execution of all technology-related activities. Coordinate technical work across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency and Architecture teams, keeping deliverables, milestones and implementation plans aligned.
Core skills

- Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in complex technology transformation programs.
- Strong coordination skills across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience tracking dependencies, milestones and delivery plans.
- Solid background in infrastructure, cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
- Strong financial awareness: budget tracking, forecast updates and cost governance.
- Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and tracking.
Preferred skills

- Experience in AWS, hybrid cloud or public cloud programs.
- Understanding of resiliency, DR, backup, network and infrastructure concepts.
- Experience in application migration or service transition programs.
- Banking/financial services experience.
- Ability to work with technical teams as well as business stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, planning and reporting.
- Experience preparing executive updates and managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments preferred.
- Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacenter or application migration programs preferred.
