Job Title: Network Engineer – L3

As a Network L3 engineer, performs advanced troubleshooting to ensure high performance, availability, and security of complex network infrastructures. Involve & lead the major upgrades, developing strategic network plans, performing deep-level analysis of traffic and security threats, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of networking protocols, experience with multi-vendor environments, and strong problem-solving skills to manage critical network issues.

  • Expert-Level Troubleshooting: Handle complex and critical network issues that require deep expertise, often performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience: Minimum10 years of relevant experience in Azure AVD/Citrix/ VMware Horizon
  • Act as the primary AVD consultant for customers, translating business requirements into technical AVD solutions
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs
  • Design, deploy, and configure Azure Virtual Desktop solutions including host pools, session hosts, application groups, and workspaces
  • Advise on pooled vs personal AVD models based on user personas and workloads
  • Provide L3/L4 support for complex AVD issues including authentication failures, FSLogix issues, application launch errors, and performance bottlenecks
  • Design and implement FSLogix profile containers
  • Recommend and configure appropriate Azure Storage (Azure Files / Blob) based on scale and performance needs
  • Review AVD performance metrics (latency, CPU, memory, session limits)
  • Recommend optimizations using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, AVD Insights
  • Design and maintain golden image strategy for Windows 10/11 multi‐session
  • Plan image updates, patching cycles, and rollout strategies
