IT Field Services Build Administrator – IT Operations (EMEA) 

Own the end-to-end buildout and network refresh of IT infrastructure and systems across Tesla’s Sales, Service, Delivery, and Collision locations in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). This role demands strong hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, desktop, server, and low-voltage systems, combined with solid project management and excellent stakeholder communication. 

You will drive implementations from design through successful handover, ensuring every site meets Tesla standards. The position is based in Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Denmark, with frequent travel to Tesla field sites across EMEA. Fluency in English is required; Norwegian is a strong plus. 

What You’ll Do

• Design Wi-Fi heatmaps and LAN infrastructure, procure the required hardware, and project-manage vendors, contractors and internal Tesla stakeholders right through installation and handover 
• Lead IT infrastructure buildouts and network refreshes for new and existing Tesla Sales, Service, Delivery and Collision sites across new and emerging markets in EMEA 
• Proactively spot and fix potential site or customer issues before they hit operations or project timelines 
• Keep documentation, security and redundancy standards accurate and up to date, and maintain clear communication through regular project meetings and collaboration tools 
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, stakeholders, and priorities while driving implementations to successful completion 
• Ensure all designs, installations, and workmanship meet Tesla standards
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle 
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems or equivalent training/experience
• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, network switching hardware, and troubleshooting TCP/IP and VLAN issues 
• Comfortable reading MEP construction drawings, giving design feedback, and creating clear network markups in different formats 
• Strong project management experience with solid documentation skills and the ability to work efficiently with multiple internal and external stakeholders 
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region as required 
• Experience with a good spread of: Juniper, Aruba, Meraki, Cisco, SCCM, MDM, Ekahau, Hamina, Jira, Active Directory, Intune and Microsoft 365 (Linux is a plus) 
• Positive attitude, natural team player, but equally comfortable operating fast and effectively on your own in a fast-paced environment
