Role: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – GenAI
Location: Wayzata, MN-Hybrid
Duration: 6-7-month contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $84.00-$87.5/hour

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the GenAI Discovery and Prototyping team. This role focuses on developing scalable applications that integrate enterprise data pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and rapid application prototypes.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with C# on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend, along with hands-on experience integrating generative AI into production applications. The role requires building secure, reliable solutions for processing and validating LLM outputs within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, React, and TypeScript.
- Integrate enterprise data sources with LLMs and build workflows to validate, parse, and process structured AI outputs.
- Implement modern AI integration approaches, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and skills-based integrations.
- Deploy applications through Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Support application logging, monitoring, and basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates.
- Troubleshoot applications operating within secure enterprise environments, including firewalls and access controls.
- Modernize legacy applications and migrate workflows toward cloud-native, twelve-factor application architectures.
- Independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver features from discovery through production readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience with C# and scalable web services.
- Hands-on frontend development experience with React and TypeScript within the Node.js ecosystem.
- Production experience integrating LLMs and generative AI models into applications or data-processing workflows.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of twelve-factor application principles, container workflows, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience working across multiple environments, including Development, QA, Staging, and Production, with enterprise data governance and firewall restrictions.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot across the technology stack, and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-cloud environments, including AWS and AWS EKS.
- Experience with animal nutrition, dietary software, or large-scale formulation platforms.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications or supporting major platform migrations.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI security, governance frameworks, and data privacy controls.
