Description:
The team is looking for a designer to support vision work around reimagining the digital experience. The work is moving from high-level concepts toward buildable experiences, with the designer expected to get hands-on in turning ideas into tangible design outputs. The vision work is already getting underway, with the initial concept being presented to executives. The person will work almost exclusively as part of the design unit, with dotted-line partnerships across Product and Business. The role combines vision/strategic design work with hands-on product design execution. The hiring manager described three primary outputs: presentation decks that clearly excite stakeholders and tell a compelling story, complex prototypes demonstrating interaction flows across different screens, and typical product-design squad delivery including developer-ready design files. Approximate work split: ~30% vision work, ~40% prototyping, ~20% product-design delivery.
