The State of South Carolina is looking for a Database Administrator - Advanced
Why is this position open: New position - The Senior Database Administrator position will support the application migration and modernization as well as day to day support of existing systems.
Max Bill Rate: $88.00
Will close to submissions on 02/18 at 5:00PM EST.
Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online
Duration of the Contract: 12 months
Possibility for Extension: Yes
Work Location: Fully Remote
Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident. No relocation allowed.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area and experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

5+ years' experience as a Senior SQL Server DBA.

1+ year of migrating application database between versions and platforms.

5+ years Backup/Restore experience.

SQL Server Integration Services experience.

Experience managing roles, permissions, and encryption.

T-SQL proficiency.
