The Role

UST is searching for a highly experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead and manage delivery for a telecom customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

·Delivery & Execution

oOwn and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/programs within the telecom portfolio

oEnsure high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and SLA commitments

·Team Management & Coordination

oManage and lead an onshore team of 20-40 members

oCoordinate effectively with offshore delivery teams

·Customer & Stakeholder Management

oAct as a primary interface with customer leadership (Director level and below)

oAddress and proactively manage customer escalations

oBuild strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and confidence

·Financial & Operational Governance

oOwn financial performance of the portfolio (revenue, margin, cost optimization)

oEnsure timely and accurate invoicing

·Account Growth & Transformation

oIdentify and drive new opportunities through account mining

oSupport creation and submission of proposals, SOWs, and solution offerings

·Reporting & Governance

oPrepare and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)

oProvide insights on delivery performance, risks, financials, and growth opportunities

·Senior IT Delivery Manager responsible for telecom account delivery, customer engagement, team management, financial governance, and driving growth through account mining and transformation initiatives.

What You Need

·Experience: 12-18 years

·Strong experience in IT delivery management within telecom domain

·Proven track record of managing mid-to-large size teams (20-40+)

·Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models

·Strong understanding of data/engineering projects, delivery metrics, and quality models

·Hands-on experience with financial management, invoicing, and margin control

·Ability to manage customer escalations and complex stakeholder environments

·Experience in proposal creation and account mining initiatives

·Excellent communication and leadership skills

·Experience in telecom environments

·Exposure to AI tools, automation frameworks, and modern engineering practices

·Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models

·Certification in PMP / Agile / Scrum (preferred)

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation Range:$118,000-$177,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
