Introduction

Global Technology Risk and Regulatory Management is seeking a motivated self-starter to support Issues Management within a fast-paced culture. This role offers the opportunity to work with peers across CIO teams within Global Technology and gain exposure to senior technology leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal, or compliance experience within a financial services or technology organization.
• Ability to research and "connect the dots" among data to perform thematic analysis.
• Proven facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to present key messages and information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent Client Office skills, specifically PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
• CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM certification or similar.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Prior operational risk or compliance experience in the technology arena.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to review documentation for accuracy and relevance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders and peers.
• Comfortable with ambiguous situations capable of analyzing, simplifying, and collaborating to solve complex problems.
• Strong writing/communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical content and articulate complex subjects to varied audiences.
• Detailed, bank-specific risk management and governance experience.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners.
• Knowledge of Technology Domain discipline(s).
• General knowledge of Opus/CoPilot and ability to decipher results from AI tools.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and provide written recommendations.
• Influence stakeholders, gather information, challenge and interrogate data, and collaborate across multiple lines of business.
• Produce reporting on critical risk, performance, and operational measures.
• Partner with stakeholders, data providers, and teams across the enterprise to gather key data and metrics for Global Technology and enterprise scorecards.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile variances, and present complex data in a clear manner tailored to varied audiences.
• Challenge and interrogate data for inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to develop and implement future-state reporting routines and enhance existing processes.
• Respond to senior executive requests for metric information and analysis.
