Summary:
A senior SAP Finance Architecture leader who combines deep SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise with strong business acumen in legal entity design, tax, treasury, project accounting, product costing, and SOX controls, and who can guide executives through the critical decision of New Legal Entity versus New Plant while delivering a scalable architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- The SAP S/4HANA Finance Architect will lead the finance solution architecture, organizational design, and implementation activities required to establish a new legal entity within SAP S/4HANA 2023.
- This role is accountable for translating business, legal, tax, treasury, and accounting requirements into a scalable SAP architecture that supports:
- New Legal Entity creation
- Company Code setup
- New Fab / Plant deployment
- Financial reporting
- Tax compliance
- Treasury operations
- Product costing
- Project Systems
- Material Ledger
- Intercompany processing
- SOX compliance
- The architect will partner closely with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Procurement, Manufacturing, Internal Audit, and IT teams to define the target-state solution and oversee implementation through go-live and stabilization.
Qualifications
- 12+ years SAP S/4 Hana Finance experience
- 5+ years SAP S/4HANA Architecture experience
- 3+ legal entity implementations
- 2+ Greenfield SAP S/4HANA deployments
- Experience supporting external audits
- Soft skills – good to perform presentations to leadership/high level stakeholders, collaborating with team members
Preferred:
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Fab manufacturing experience
- Complex multi-company environments
- Large-scale ERP transformations
- AI design and modeling
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80.00 - $90.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
