1. Publisher & Supply Acquisition

• Identify and develop new publisher, app developer, media and digital traffic partnerships in Brazil.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers, app owners, content platforms and media companies.
• Develop a scalable publisher acquisition pipeline and continuously expand the supply ecosystem.
• Understand publishers' monetization needs and identify suitable partnership opportunities.

2. Business Development & Commercial Negotiation

• Lead the full partnership process from prospecting to commercial negotiation and launch.
• Negotiate commercial terms including revenue share, CPM/eCPM, pricing, floors, payment terms and other partnership conditions.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with high-value publishers and traffic partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase inventory scale, monetization efficiency and revenue.

3. Technical Integration & Launch

• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Ad Operations teams to onboard new supply partners.
• Coordinate SDK, API, RTB/OpenRTB, mediation, ad server or other technical integrations.
• Drive partners through the complete process of business negotiation → technical integration → testing → launch → optimization → scaling.
• Troubleshoot integration and monetization issues together with internal and external technical teams.

• 3+ years of experience in AdTech, Publisher Development, Supply Partnerships, App Monetization, Programmatic Advertising, SSP, Ad Network or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian digital advertising / mobile ecosystem.
• Proven experience developing partnerships with publishers, apps, media companies or traffic owners.
• Strong business development and commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch and scaling.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work closely with product and technical teams.
