ポジション概要

サプライチェーンマネージャーは、外部ベンダー管理を含むサプライチェーン全般の計画・管理を担当し、海外工場からの製品輸入、倉庫での保管、顧客への納品に至るまで、エンド・ツー・エンドのSCM（サプライチェーンマネジメント）プロセスを推進します。

社内外のサプライヤー、3PL（サードパーティ・ロジスティクス）、外部ベンダーと連携し、顧客需要への対応、安定した製品供給、適正な在庫水準の維持を実現します。

また、会社目標を達成するためには、事業環境および顧客需要を的確に理解することが重要です。本ポジションは、サプライチェーン全体における継続的改善およびコスト削減を推進するため、KAIZEN活動や各種プロジェクトをリードする責任も担います。

主な職務内容

• 顧客要件を満たす製品供給を確実にするため、製品の発注・入荷・生産、および顧客への納品に関わる受注・出荷プロセスを監督する。また、これら一連のプロセスで使用されるERPシステムの安定運用をリードする。
• 社内外のサプライヤー、3PL、外部ベンダーなどのステークホルダーと連携し、サプライチェーン全体の効率性および生産性を最大化する。3PLおよび外部ベンダーとの交渉を行い、安定運用とコスト削減を実現する。
• AOP（Annual Operating Plan：年間事業計画）および各ステークホルダーから得られる需要情報をもとに、需要予測・フォーキャスト計画を管理する。市場需要に対応できるよう、サプライヤーとフォーキャストを共有する。
• 適正在庫を維持し、不動在庫や期限切れ製品を削減・排除するため、最適な需要計画プロセスを設計・導入する。同時に、AOPで定められた在庫目標を達成するため、健全な在庫水準を管理する。
• 在庫、購買履歴、需要トレンドを分析し、購買および安定供給のプロセスを構築する。営業・マーケティングチームと密接に連携し、需要予測の精度を継続的に調整・向上させる。
• 欠品や納期遅延を防ぎ、バックオーダーを解消するためのモニタリングプロセスを構築する。バックオーダーが発生した場合には、社内外の関係者と協力し、その影響を最小限に抑える。
• 3PLにおける出荷・配送業務を指導・管理・監視し、納期遵守と遅延・欠品の防止を実現する。イレギュラー発生時には関連部門と連携し、影響を最小限に抑える。OTIF（On-Time In-Full：納期どおりかつ数量どおりの完全納品）の目標を達成する。
• 在庫コスト、3PL・外注費、オペレーションコスト、廃棄コストなどを見積もり、これらのコストを最小化するための管理を行う。また、コストを可視化するモニタリングダッシュボードおよび管理プロセスを構築する。オペレーションコストを分析し、改善機会を特定する。
• 3PL（Yasuda Warehouse／安田倉庫）および外部ベンダー（Yamato Systems／ヤマトシステム）の受注・生産・配送に関する活動を指導し、サプライチェーン戦略の策定・展開、効率的なサプライチェーンオペレーションの構築、および主要KPIの達成を推進する。
• サプライチェーンに関連するコンプライアンス、ガバナンス、各種規制を遵守するための業務体制を構築・管理し、リスクを最小化するための改善を実施する。
• サプライチェーン上の問題を事前に察知し、解決する。特に、部門横断的な取り組みをリードし、関係者を統合・調整して問題解決を推進する。
• 同僚およびグローバルチームと密接に連携し、会社全体の業務効率および生産性を向上させ、オペレーションを見直す。SDG Japanにおける組織横断的なPPI（Practical Process Improvement／継続的業務改善）活動をリードする。
• サプライチェーンチームを監督し、メンバーに対して効果的なコーチングを行うことで、組織能力を高め、将来の人材パイプラインを強化する。

応募資格

• 学士号または同等の資格が必須。オペレーションマネジメント、または科学関連分野の学位が望ましい。
• 物流、包装、受注管理、または関連分野において、プロジェクトマネジメントもしくはサプライチェーンマネジメントの実務経験3～5年。
• 需要予測（フォーキャスト）の構築・管理経験。特に臨床試験関連のサプライチェーンにおける経験が望ましい。
• 3名以上のチームをマネジメントした経験。
• ビジネスレベルの英会話力。
• Microsoft Excel、Word、MS Projectを含むMicrosoft Office製品、およびOffice 365環境を高いレベルで活用できるPCスキル。
• リモートワーク環境において、自ら優先順位を設定し、日々の業務を自律的に管理できる能力。

PositionSummary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning and managing all supply chain activities, including external vendor management, to drive the end-to-end SCM process from importing products from overseas factories, managing storage in warehouses, to delivering to customers. This position will work with internal and external suppliers, 3PL, and external vendors to fulfill customer demand, ensure stable product supply, and manage appropriate inventory levels. Understanding the business environment and customer demand to achieve company goals is essential. This position is also responsible for leading KAIZEN activities and projects to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction across the entire supply chain.

JobResponsibilities

• To ensure the supply of products that meet customer requirements, oversee the order, receipt, and production of products, as well as the order and shipping processes to deliver products to customers, and lead the stable operation of the ERP system used throughout the process
• Cooperate with stakeholders, including internal and external suppliers, 3PL, and external vendors, to maximize efficiency and productivity across the entire supply chain. Negotiate the stable operation and cost reduction of 3PL and external vendors.
• Manage forecast planning based on demand information from AOP and stakeholders. Share forecasts with suppliers to meet market demand.
• Design and implement the best demand planning process to manage healthy stock levels and eliminate obsolete stock and expired products. Simultaneously manage healthy stock levels to achieve AOP stock targets.
• Analyze inventory, purchase history, and demand trends to establish purchasing and stable supply processes. Maintain close communication with the sales/marketing team to fine-tune forecasts.
• Establish monitoring processes to avoid shortages and delays and eliminate back orders. In case of back orders, cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to minimize the impact.
• Guide, manage, and monitor shipping and delivery operations in the 3PL to ensure on-time delivery and prevent delays or stockouts. Coordinate with related departments during irregular occurrences to minimize impact. Achieve the goal of on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery.
• Estimate costs, including inventory, 3PL and outsourcing costs, operations costs, and scrap costs. Manage how to minimize these costs and establish monitoring dashboards and processes (visualizing costs). Analyze operation costs and find opportunities for improvement.
• Coach the 3PL (Yasuda warehouse) and external vendor (Yamato Systems) activities related to orders, production, and delivery to develop and deploy supply chain strategy, establish efficient supply chain operation and achieve major KPIs
• Establish and manage operations to ensure compliance, governance, and regulations related to the supply chain and implement improvements to minimize risk.
• Pre-empt and resolve all supply chain issues, in particular lead and integrate cross-functional efforts
• Improve operational efficiency of the company, improve productivity, and review operations in close collaboration with peers and global teams. Lead organization-wide PPI activities in SDGJapan.
• Supervise Supply chain team and provide effective coaching to staffs to increase organizational capacity and enrich talent pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. Degree in operations management or science related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or supply chain management in logistics or packaging or order taking management in a related field.
• Experienced in building and managing forecasts preferably within clinical supplychains.
• Experience managing a team of three or more members
• Business-level English conversation skills
• Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and MS Project as well as the Office 365 environment.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and workday in a remotesetting.
