Team & Context  

As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for Interns to join our Client Services EMEA domain in Tunis. 

You will be part of a newly established team fully integrated into our regional organization and working in close collaboration with our Paris office. 

Depending on your scope, you will contribute to functional domains such as: 

• Trading (Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Commodities, Derivatives…) 

• Risk Management (Market, Credit, Risk Control…) 

• Operations (Back Office, Collateral, Settlements, Regulatory, Lifecycle…) 

Although based in Tunis, the team operates as an extension of our EMEA structure: it combines local proximity and autonomy with strong functional alignment and support from Paris, offering exposure to large‑scale initiatives and a diverse European client base. 

Your missions 

As an intern you will: 

• Provide functional support to clients by analyzing, following up, and resolving issues 

• Contribute to implementation, upgrade, and migration projects as part of a project stream 

• Participate in client workshops and functional design discussions 

• Manage defects, configuration, and product enhancements in collaboration with internal teams 

• Deliver training sessions (internal and client-facing) and contribute to documentation 

• Support client activities on-site when required 

• Gradually take ownership as a Support Coordinator, with guidance from senior team members 

• Contribute to internal initiatives and product evolution streams 

• Participate in pre-sales activities and demos, supporting senior consultants 

Your profile 

• Master’s degree (engineering school and/or university) with a specialization in financial markets, finance, or applied mathematics 

• Strong interest in IT and software environments (knowledge of Unix, SQL, databases; Python is a plus) 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Client-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal abilities 

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 

• Fluency in English is required
