We are currently recruiting for aClient Trading Analyst role within the Investment Operations group of a global financial services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in markets, data, trading operations, and fast-paced financial environments.

As a Noviam Analyst, you’ll receivecustomized pre-deployment training, support from Noviam’s People Team, and ongoing professional development throughout your assignment.

What you'll do

• Input, audit, and monitorsubscriptions, redemptions, and cash trades into internal trading systems.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to client and internal inquiries; escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinatecash movements with custodians and ensure trades settle on time.
• Support Portfolio Managers by providing accurate and timely operational support.
• Follow established risk and escalation protocols, including flagging operational issues.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, systems upgrades, and team projects.
• Assist teammates with complex cases and help maintain accuracy and deadline standards.
• Take ownership of tasks and help prioritize workflow during manager absences.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
• Perform other duties that support the team and trading operations.

• Strong organization and time management; comfortable with multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented, accountable, and eager to learn.
• Interest in financial markets, data, operations, or trading workflows.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics
• Internship experience in financial services or exposure to trading ops, fund accounting, or similar functions is a plus not a requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data and problem-solve under pressure.
