Software Engineer, New Grad

Role Overview

FlexAI is looking for aSoftware Engineer (New Grad) to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of AI infrastructure.

From day one, you’ll work onreal product features that impact customers — not sandbox projects. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, experienced team and learn by building across a wide range of technical challenges.

What You'll Do

• Design and build highly reliable, resilient infrastructure products and features
• Work closely with developers, product, and customer-facing teams to solve real problems
• Write high-quality, extensible, and maintainable code
• Design and build APIs to drive existing and new platform features
• Build solutions with a high level of reliability, scalability, and security
• Debug issues and improve system performance
• 0-to-1 creation: Rapidly iterate — from idea to deployment
• Take ownership of features and drive them to completion

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least one internship — ideally in a high-growth startup or infrastructure environment
• Strong coding ability in at least one language such asPython, Go, Java, or Javascript
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Others)
• Solid fundamentals indata structures, algorithms, and writing efficient, scalable code
• Familiarity withweb applications or API development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability tolearn quickly and operate with increasing independence
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
• Contributions toopen source, hackathons, or shipped side projects is a plus
