At IP Fabric, we enable people to uncover the truth about their networks.Built by network professionals and industry experts, our innovative solutions are transforming how enterprises manage their networks. As a post-Series B company,we're expanding rapidly across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.Â
About The Role
We are looking for anInternal IT Manager to lead IP Fabric’s small Internal IT team and help shape the next stage of how Internal IT operates across the company. You will lead two team members and will be responsible for bringing clarity, structure, and visibility to a broad internal IT environment.
The team works across areas such as Microsoft 365, SaaS tooling, access management, onboarding/offboarding, device and endpoint management, internal support queues, asset management, and security/compliance-related processes. The current environment is broad, so the next manager will play an important role in defining clear ownership, sustainable boundaries, and a practical roadmap for the department.
We are looking for someone who combines internal IT leadership experience with a pragmatic, service-oriented mindset. The right person will not simply explain why things cannot be done. They will work with internal stakeholders to understand the need, assess the risk, and find a practical, secure way forward.
What You’ll DoÂ
- Lead and develop a small Internal IT team.
- Take ownership of the Internal IT agenda, priorities, roadmap, and operating rhythm.
- Define and communicate the scope of Internal IT operations.
- Improve internal request handling, prioritization, documentation, and follow-through.
- Provide practical oversight of Microsoft 365 and other core internal IT tooling.
- Partner with the team on SaaS tooling, access management, onboarding/offboarding, device management, and internal support processes.
- Work with team members on individual goals and growth plans.
- Clarify ownership boundaries between Internal IT and other departments.
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Security, People, and Engineering where Internal IT expertise is needed.
- Support security and compliance readiness through clear processes, documentation, and ownership.
- Build a practical Internal IT roadmap.
- Make Internal IT more visible and understandable across the company.
- Help employees understand what Internal IT does, how to request support, and which processes to follow.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience leading or owning an internal IT, workplace technology, IT operations, or similar function.
- People management experience, ideally with direct reports.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Ability to build structure and clarity in a broad or ambiguous environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Pragmatic, service-oriented approach: able to help the business move forward while respecting security and compliance needs.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and come to the Prague office regularly.
- Experience supporting or running internal/company security audits or compliance processes, ideally including ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2.
- Ability to coordinate audit readiness across internal systems, access management, SaaS tooling, endpoint/device management, documentation, and evidence collection.
- Clear understanding of the difference between internal/company security and product security, with this role focused on the internal/company side.
- Good understanding of access management, SaaS administration, internal IT operations, and IT service processes.
- Experience with Torii or similar SaaS management platforms.
- Experience with Jira/JSM, Slack, Atlassian administration, Bitwarden, GitHub/GitLab, Zoom, or similar tools.
- Experience with Intune, Apple Business Manager, endpoint compliance, or device lifecycle management.
- Experience managing IT budgets, SaaS costs, licenses, vendors, or asset lifecycle.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience building request intake, prioritization, documentation, or IT service management processes.
